Opening times

The whole year round, seven days a week. GUIDED TOURS:

• For individual visitors, the coal mine is open from April 3 - November 1st. Daily tours, at least every hour on the hour between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Tour lasts approximately an hour and a quarter, including the film screening.
• From 1 November, up to and including the Christmas holidays, there are daily guided tours at 12.00-13.30-15.00 hrs.
• After the Christmas holidays up to 3 April, from Monday up to and including Friday, guided tours are held at 14.00 hrs. During the weekend and spring holidays, there are daily guided tours at 12.00-13.30-15.00 hrs.
• guided tour lasts about 75 minutes, preceded by a film on mining.
• Groups of over 25 people may visit the coal mine during the whole year, by arrangement.

The coal mine is closed on Christmas, New Year's Day and Carnival Sunday and Monday.
